DailyMail.com spotted the serene Dina, 52, and her husband of seven years, entrepreneur and investment CEO David Cantin, 44, giving a tour of their newly adopted hometown on Tuesday.
The loved-up couple could be seen driving in a light blue FJ-40 Toyota Land Cruiser with their friends in the back.
After a scenic ride down to the Harbor area of Santa Barbara, Dina could be seen grabbing a cozy beige sweater that she paired with casual black pants and a ripped white tank top.
She accessorized her outfit with a $3,000 Louis Vuitton multi-pochette crossbody bag and shiny tan flip-flops.

David stayed close to his wife as they walked down to the ocean and took a long stroll with their friends trailing behind.
The couple purchased their 6,000 square-foot mansion in May 2023 for $16million.
Their five bedroom, five and a half bathroom house was originally built in 1994, and waslast sold in late 2020 for $4.8 million and underwent significant renovations.
The listing was described as 'Montecito's most coveted offering.'

Before moving to Montecito, the couple lived in San Juan Capistrano in Orange County.

The actual ‘hit man’ John Perna, 44, pleaded guilty to committing a violent crime in aid of racketeering activity and was released from prison in 2023 after serving three years.
Thomas Manzo got his charges from the 2015 assault tossed this March after arguing his rights under the ‘Speedy Trial Act’ had been violated since prosecutors had taken too long to start the trial.
But just as quickly as it was dropped, the Feds picked it back up, and in June, a grand jury found Manzo guilty of conspiracy, falsifying and concealing documents and committing a violent crime in aid of racketeering activity.
He now faces up to 46-years in prison and a $500k fine. His sentencing hearing is set for October 15.

Dina responded to finally getting justice in a swift Instagram post on June 5: 'I call my power back to me. I call my energy back to me. I call my magic back to me.
'I am cleansed and disconnected from anything that may drain me. I am shielded from any energy that does not serve me. I am safe. I am protected. I am whole. And so it is.'
Dina was an original cast member of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, and even had her own series Dina’s Party on HGTV.
She has been married three times, the first, to George Hadjiapostoli, the father of her daughter Lexi, now 28.
In 2007 she wed Thomas Manzo, the brother-in-law of RHONJ star Caroline Manzo, 62. They got divorced in 2016.
