In the report, the arresting officer claims that Timberlake's "eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divid attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot."

The Sag Harbor Village Police Department has shared details of singer Justin Timberlake's Long Island arrest on June 18.
Timberlake, driving a 2025 BMW, failed to stop at a stop sign, and was pulled over by a police officer.
"Upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition," a press release from the police department said. "Mr. Timberlake was placed under arrest, processed, and held overnight for morning arraignment. Mr. Timberlake was arraigned at the Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on June 18, 2024, at 9:30 AM where he was released on his own recognizance."

After his arrest for driving while intoxicated or impaired on Long Island, "SexyBack" singer Justin Timberlake appeared in court for his arraignment on Tuesday, June 18. He was then released from police custody.
A source tells PEOPLE Timberlake was accompanied by an attorney and two other individuals. He was handcuffed in court "with his hands in front of him" and wore "a black bowling shirt, light jeans and white and baby blue Air Force 1s"during the appearance at a Sag Harbor courthouse.
